Our Mission
John Bonaguro has over twenty years investment and management experience, having advised and served as a senior member of companies ranging from startups to multi-nationals.
Before founding Arcobaleno Capital, John has served as a senior level financial advisor and consultant for companies and private equity in M&A. As an entrepreneur he has started a couple of small businesses.
He received his MBA degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and graduated with his B.S. in Accounting from University of Illinois-Champaign Urbana. He holds a number of professional designations.
A successful mission would be to acquire a small to mid sized company from an owner creating a win-win.
Extraordinary Experiences
Successful business owners are successful because they know when to allocate the right amount of time and capital to both their personal and business interests. Owners who are ready to ‘move on’ or ‘pass the torch’ in exchange for monetary compensation are encouraged to reach out.
Realizing this can be an emotional or complicated decision and the process is not always straightforward business owners who are thinking of ‘exiting’ or would like to stay involved in the business in a ‘limited capacity’ are encouraged to initiate a conversation.
